I. B. Piscicultural Arrangement - 736 ha

Our company is the holder of a concession contract closed with Consiliul Judetean Tulcea for a period of 45 years (until in the year 2053), that envisages the concession of a field surface of 736 ha taken by Popina piscicultural arrangement (basin EC 16 and EC 17), the object of the concession being the right of our company for using in piscicultural purpose the land of 736 ha.

We mention the fact that we own in property all the assets belonging the piscicultural arrangement EC 16 and EC 17, located on the administrative territory of locality C.A.Rosetti, Tulcea district, as it follows:

• Concrete wharf 9;
• Electrical installation 9;
• Section dike int – 16;
• Drain channel EC 16;
• Nursery trap EC 16;
• Farm work EC 16;
• Drained EC 17;

• Channel and foodstuff EC 16;
• Electrical installation ST 9;
• Art works EC 17;
• Route embankment 17 – 19;
• Dike embankment 16 – 19;
• Fishing hole EC 17
• Art works breeder 16;
• Reconvert channel foodstuff – EC16;
• Dike separating 3100ml – EC 16 – 19;
• Dike separating 5000ml – EC 15 -16;
• Dike separating 1000ml – EC 17 – 19;
• Dike EC 16 EST 2000ml;
• Installation ST 9, platform 7;
• Electrical networks PLT – suction pipe EC 17.

Very important is the fact that we own in property the related dikes of these two basins (EC 16 and EC 17) located on a length of about 22 km and having in view the huge human and material potential who made possible the these constructions with big sacrifices, the conditions and the place where the dikes were build and the huge quantity of materials used for these constructions, today is almost impossible to accomplished the same thing, because this suppose big costs especial determined from the lack of workforce in the area, from material resources, but also from the transport of the materials, for the constructions, on water.

Taking into account the huge potential of the two basins materialized first of all through significant quantity of fish (lin, stiuca, caras, crap, rosioara, platica, etc.) and reed resources, we consider that, from our perspective, it could happened the next profitable business (based on a detailed business plan) which can be grouped like this:

a). intensive piscicultural for the obtaining of a big quantity of fish in a reasonable time, as the construction of one or many centers of fish collecting, respectively cherhana;

b). reed exploitation

Reed (green gold) has different uses, as raw and natural material, being considered an ideal construction material: it’s easy, aesthetic, organic, resistant, elastic and ensure a great thermal and tonic isolation.

Also, the reed doesn’t need to be planted, doesn’t need to be taken cared and recover by itself, year by year

c). sportive fishing for tourists, by tax;

d). farm edible frogs;

e). farm ducks, goose, etc;

f). farm pigs (it enters in the technological fux of pisciculture);

g). intensive colonies of scallops;

h). intensive growth of valuable species of sturion like: cega, pastruga, sturionul Siberian, sturionul alb, nisetrul, sturionul de Adriatica, morunul.

The growth of sturion it was made for the production of roe (caviar), for the production of meat and for ornamental purpose;

i). intensive growth of cancers, that has a big scale because cancer has a meat which is considered a delicacy;

j). organization of national and international sportive fishing with tax and awards;

k). solar panels.

Because of the fact that related dikes of the piscicultural arrangement EC 16 and EC 17 it presents trapezoidal form with the big base of 30 m and the small base of 10 – 15 m, it can be easily mounted heating sources through alternative resources (solar panels, wind installations, geothermal sources).

All these activities are extremely profitable because they have natural support and the human must come only for intensification.

We mention the fact that for the well going of the piscicultural activities and for the tourists transport, we own in property four fishing boats and a ship that has 20 places in it.
