a.) Restoration and creation of basic infrastructure Noted the poor state of infrastructure of the base (old network of water and sewer, roads, access roads to other areas of the county). One reason supporting supportive of projects that respond to these problems is the EU approach.

b) Tourism development Specifics Delta area offers great potential for development of the hospitality industry. Given the potential of the tourism sector (creating jobs, contributing to the local economy, social impact), rural tourism development is a priority for the municipality.

c) Water and sewer were made for common Rosetti two water supply projects, namely:

- Water supply to village-Rosetti, which treats water supply Sfistofca villages, Rosetti and Letea the village project is in execution stage.

- Periprava village water supply. For this project has not started execution lack of funds. None of the localities Rosetti village is provided with sewerage networks and wastewater treatment plant with no water.
