I. C. Complex Holiday Cabins 1200 square meters

The buildings are located in C.A.Rosetti locality, Popina – Preriprava, Tulcea district, next to the piscicultural arrangement presented at point A, on a land surface of 3,5 ha and constructions of 1200 mp formed by four buildings (two buildings X 400 + two buildings X 200 mp).

For having complete services of individual tourism, group tourism and organization of the activities for training the salaried staff, the buildings need to be refurbished and repartitioning in purpose of their transformation in pensions with a big number of accommodation, who can also be attic.

From our point of view, because of the big land surface, but also of the constructed surface who needs renovation (1200 mo), the activities for the realization of an ultramodern touristic complex and the growing of occupancy consists in:

a). implementation and promotion of a great site;

b). organizing a tourism agency;

c). participation at international tourism fair;

d). mass-media commercial;

e). organizing national and international contests of fishing with tax and awards;

f). offering attractive range of optional activities such as:

-trip to Letea special, protected monument of nature,

• boat-trips on different routes in the most beautiful areas of the Danube Delta;
• gig tours, sleigh, riding , fly ball, paint ball, camp fire,
• the Black Sea, beach, photos, research, overflight, etc.
• presentation practice traditional recipe borsch preparation over the pot;
• deployment activities such as sports table tennis, tennis, football, handball, basketball, volleyball, badminton, athletics, swimming, pool, etc..

Human potential, material and landscaping of buildings and land can definitely be realized depending on the opportunities, customer needs and the aim sought to conduct this business.
