CA Rosetti Township(village) - is situated in Tulcea county, Dobrogea, located in central-southern part of the sand bank Letea in northeastern Delta and comprises five villages: CA Rosetti, Cardon, Letea, Periprava, Sfistofca.'s Population consists of Russians , Lipovan and Ukrainians, who breed animals, dealing with fisheries and agriculture. The village outskirt clustered type has parallel lanes, depending on how the orientation of which is built Sand dunes.

Households have large gardens with sandy soils, which locals willfully cultivate cereals, vegetables and vines. Impresses clean, perfect order in their households, despite the poverty they emit picture houses, many abandoned, others in a state of ruin . Under the continental climate, the climate is continental with hot summers, rain, not too cold winters, with strong storms. C. A. Rosetti villages of the village is rural, and ethnic architecture is located at the following distances to the community:

- Periprava – 14 km from C.A.Rosetti;

- Sfistofca – 2 km from C.A.Rosetti;
