I. D. 11 Touristic Complex Buildings

A land area of 9402 square meters of built village belonging CA Rosetti, Tulcea county GRIND aria, close to fishing and arrangement of buildings, our company owns a total of ten (10) holiday cottages, fully equipped constructed of timber with thatched roof, each equipped with indoor bathrooms and a dining room (fully equipped), which shall include a kitchen, a bathroom and the annex – heating.

Houses are designed solely to accommodate tourists (personnel and security and employee) who came to the area, especially to enjoy hunting and fishing in our ponds, but also efecrtuarea motorboat trips on different routes in the Danube Delta The main attraction being Letea, where tourists can travel by foot, it is being located very close to buildings and houses (about 3 km).

There is also opportunity to build in the mirror, facing the existing houses, yet a number of at least ten buildings that can cover large number of visitors who expressed their wish to visit this wonderful area. Also, taking into account existing land area than the place where houses are situated (about 1 ha), it is possible to build a swimming pool, football, tennis, basketball, etc.., depending on the business plan and financial possibilities of the future buyer.

We note that both buildings and holiday houses are situated on land owned by Local Council of CA Rosetti, following that in a short time (about six months) to obtain title to the property or lease at least one of that land, cadastre and land evaluation phase is completed.
